Soya Shepherd's Pie with peas and roasted pumpkin
A bit of an English veggie classic, this! Unflavoured soya mince (TVP) red kidney beans and finely-chopped, sauteed veg with black pepper, tomato puree, Marmite and herbs went into the bottom layer. The potatoes were very well cooked to make the mash really fluffy.
