Tofu Miso Mayo- vegan

This is a deliciously creamy dressing that found its way into my lunchbox for several days last week.
300g organic silken tofu
1 tsp organic brown rice miso
1 tsp hing
a pinch of black pepper
a drizzle of organic sunflower oil
the juice of half a lemon

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth- voila!
